Refund Policy

Returns

At Olux we are truly proud of our products, and we hope you are entirely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition. Please include all original items in packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be communicated via email to support@oluxring.com.

The cost of the return must be paid by you. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely. Please note if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. All items must be in its original resalable condition. For your protection we recommend  you use a recorded delivery service, and retain your proof of postage. Please also note we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package please include your name and order number for reference.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Cancel or edit your order

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery. Typically, we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please get in touch with us and use the subject "cancel" along with order details.
